Our Women's Only classes offer Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu with an emphasis on
basics for sport training as well as street safety and realistic application. We have several champion female competitors that train together several times a week and are always happy
to share techniques and training with new additions to the team.
Upon demand we host clinics taught by an all women staff composed of well trained advanced Champions.
Upon demand we also have sparring sessions to prepare for tournaments that consist only of female athletes.
Students practice strategic ways to nuetralize an attackers offense and turn it against opponents using leverage, positioning and mobility. This training works incredibly
well for smaller individuals enabling them to deal with attackers that are significantly larger & stronger even with strikes involved and multiple attackers.
This Jiu-Jitsu curriculum also teaches how to fall, roll, and get off the ground safely. In every class we train effective takedowns and submissions.
Our training is the best rape prevention and self-defense training possible, many places claim this we prove this. Our female competitors are extremely stong pound for pound & conditioned.
Aside from these physical benefits, grappling skills can greatly enhance a student's self confidence by
teaching them moves that actually work when needed and our training will prepare them to use the moves. Students actually apply the drills
enough in class to avoid bad positions, and to trick opponents instead of trying to overpower them during sparring. Having the right moves allows for students to relax & think which is a major help in all of our training.
Students involved in this type of training will very quickly know how to keep opponents from getting a hold of them, and to immediately offer practical resistance.
