all i can say is impressive.
i have trained in many states and at many acadamies,
phil is the best brown belt that i have trained with.
i have had privates with black belts that werent as good as the things
that i got out of the class today.
i hope to make it back there as much as possible

due to the great shape that i am in...lol
i left everthing that i had at phils, i was wore out, i got a lot of work to do- technique wise and cardio. i got some inspiration yesterday, i am going to work cardio everyday at the motel, the past three months my training has slacked off and i have gotten out of shape and havent really been into it much. that will change. hope to see you guys in san marcos monday night.

It was great to have you on the mats. I enjoyed training with you & look forward to more of it! I got to hang out with Jacare @ the Arnolds (and everyone else) I told him hi for you.

i hope to get to austin a few times while daniel is there, hopefully i will get back in shape soon, then i will be able to last a lttle longer and be able to help you all out more. i am teaching a class at a karate school on thursday nights here in san antonio, there are 40 children in the class, i do it for free just to be able to get on the mats. i plan to talk to them about possibly having you there sometime for a seminar or something.
its a lot of fun with a group like that.
