Seeing as this guy has created an art that completey renders jiu-jitsu useless. I must stop my wasted time and move to (wherever he is) to train a real art.... Best line of the video "what was that, 6 seconds?".

You know, over these few months of not training, and working on my house, I've developed a technique using only a stiff paint brush and bad breath, that I believe could even give Phil a run for his money. You guys just wait until I get back in there.
